Staple Wasp Warranty, Customer Support & Parts information

  • 30 day money back warranty on any gun that does not meet the customer’s satisfaction.  We ask that the gun be returned to our manufacturing site for inspection.  A full refund will be applied to all guns that come back in good condition.  Shipping back to our site is not under warranty.
  • Seasonal or Rotational Staple Wasp Maintenance Program — Staple Wasp if offering an end of season or rotational maintenance program to all of our customers.  We recognize the season can be very hard on all equipment, and we want to make sure your Staple Wasp guns stay in great shape all year around and ready for you when you need them.  The Seasonal program allows you to send us your guns at the end of your work season, and we will go through each gun individually and make sure it is clean, worn parts are replaced, and any upgrades are completed.  Once we look over your guns, we will call and make recommendations and advise you on the costs involved in the maintenance.
Cost ranges are anywhere from $75.00 for cleaning and replacing worn hardware, to $250.00 if your gun is bent after an unfortunate encounter with a loader. We also offer this same program on a rotational schedule during the season.  Some of our larger installers have used our Pelican Rapids site to maintenance their guns, and will rotate 2 to 3 guns with us a few times per season to make sure they are always pinning blanket at full capacity. In addition, we can also supply your maintenance department with the knowledge and parts to keep your guns running perfect.
Simply go to our parts and service diagram below and choose the parts you would like to keep on hand.  We recommend a small inventory of set screws, wing nuts and a few other wear parts to help you move 75,000+ staples  through your guns per year.We can talk you through any repairs, and help you identify challenges along the way.
