Three Year Warranty on the Staple Wasp gun

Staple Wasp offers a three year warranty on all non-wear parts. During the warranty period, Staple Wasp will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. We stand behind our workmanship and seek to resolve any defective parts.

The following must occur for this warranty to apply:

•  You must register your Staple Wasp gun including serial number on our website at the time of purchase. If you do not register your staple gun at the time of purchase, the warranty will take effect for one year from its manufacturing date. If purchasing directly from Staple Wasp the warranty begins from the time of purchase we have on record

•  The gun must be returned for inspection. Guns that have been modified, abused or severely damaged from use will void the warranty.

• Use of staples other than the Staple Wasp brand will also void the warranty

Wear parts

The wear-parts of your Staple Wasp gun will naturally wear over time with everyday use. We designed our tool to be modular and serviceable, this enables parts to be easily replaced bringing your refurbished gun to "like new" condition. 

• Ths warranty covers all parts excluding the "wear-parts" listed below.

• "Wear-parts" not covered by warranty include: blade, inside front & back plate,  square to round, drive rod spring. This parts are however are updatable and serviceable.

While proper maintenance will extend the life of your moving parts, some will eventually need to be replaced. We offer maintenance programs to assist with keeping your gun in prime working condition as-well as replacement parts. If part is defective, please bring or mail your gun in for inspection. If a part appears to be new but defective as a results of the manufacturing process It will be covered by warranty.

Please see our Instruction Sheet for additional details. We encourage routine maintenance to extend the life of your gun.
